Meet Ronan

You are the master of your ceremony

grandiose talent for celebrancy

I got married to the beautiful Julia in the south of Germany in 2012. It was my first experience of a non-religious wedding ceremony and our celebrant, Sabine, played an absolute stormer. She set the tone with charm, humour and class, keeping everybody entertained and engaged in a funny, personal, and emotional ceremony. As far as weddings go, this was a new experience for me and I was captivated.

Funny

Shortly afterwards fate came calling when some friends asked me to act as celebrant at their wedding.  I jumped at the chance (having already been craftily plied with several pints of extremely creamy Guinness). The experience was absolutely amazing and to take a central role on such a big day was truly a privilege that is hard to describe. I haven’t looked back since (mainly due to ongoing neck problems).

Personal

As a long-serving member of Dublin South Toastmasters, I’ve also picked up lots of genius tips and tricks on becoming the master orator you see in the photos above. This has served me well and allows me to make the most of any chance I get to act as a celebrant. With each opportunity comes immense privilege and gratitude.
